What Can Be Reported

Conduct that may raise a concern such as: 

  • Conduct that may involve harassment, discrimination, or retaliation
  • Workplace practices that may present health/safety concerns
  • Situations involving potential conflicts of interest

Who Can Report

  • Employees (full-time, part-time, or temporary)
  • Contractors, freelancers, and interns
  • Business partners, vendors, or consultants

Protection From Retaliation

  • Plus972 does not tolerate retaliation against individuals who raise concerns or participate in a review process in good faith. 

Confidentiality & Investigation

  • Reports are handled with discretion to the extent reasonably possible. Information may be shared where appropriate to assess, investigate, or address the concern. 
  • Reports may be reviewed and addressed in a manner deemed appropriate by the company based on the nature of the issue and available information.
