As Plus972’s Director of Operations, most of Holly’s work for the agency happens behind the scenes. However, getting to work on projects that advance community initiatives is what she likes best. Empathetic and dedicated, with a deep passion for helping others and a strong determination to perform great work, Holly knows that bettering your community isn’t only about amplifying one voice, but also knowing when to pass the mic. Thus, she enjoys supporting nonprofits and community organizations, by way of messaging, strategy, and storytelling, in amplifying their voice, their work, for the greater good of the community.

Holly earned her bachelor’s degree in early childhood and elementary education in 2011, and remains passionate about improving the lives of young people by way of engaging outreach activities and educational programing. Having worked in vulnerable and underserved communities, she recognizes the essential work that nonprofits and community organizations do to make the world we live in a safer, cleaner, and more equitable place.
