GY properties is a U.S. real estate company headquartered in Philadelphia, PA, specializing in acquisition, development, construction, renovation, and in-house management of multifamily residential properties. GY Properties has been doing business for more than 32 years in the Philadelphia region. The GY team approached Plus972 in order to redesign and develop their new website, in order to properly project their reputation, experience and credibility. As a global creative agency with real estate expertise, our mission in this project was to convey the client's content and story in the best and simplest possible way, on a one-page website format, and in a way that fits the client's market and target audience in the best way possible. In this case, as an agency with physical presence in both Israel and the U.S. we were happy to help yet another Israeli-originated real estate company improve their positioning and appearance in the U.S market.
