Job Description

The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing meetings, coordinate client presentations and utilizing clerical skills. The Personal Assistant will also be responsible for maintaining communication within the team and with external partners. Some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications

  • Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and oral
  • Diary management and organizational skills
  • Clerical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
  • Proven experience in a related role
  • Outstanding attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Strong work ethic and ability to maintain confidentiality

Great to Have

  • Proficiency in foreign languages (hebrew preferred)
  • Experience with basic multi-lingual skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field is a plus
