We are in a high-growth phase and seeking a Business Development Representative with a strong background in WordPress solutions, hosting management, SaaS, or server infrastructure sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients who would benefit from managed WordPress hosting, security, and optimization services;
- Build and nurture relationships with digital agencies, enterprise clients, and website owners looking for premium WordPress solutions;
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand WPPlus’s market reach;
- Present and pitch WPPlus services, including performance optimization, security enhancements, and server management;
- Work closely with technical teams to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions;
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to refine value proposition;
- Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring long-term partnerships;
- Represent WPPlus at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in SaaS, WordPress hosting, or cloud solutions;
- Understanding of WordPress environments, hosting infrastructure, and server technologies;
- Experience working with web agencies, developers, or enterprise clients is a plus;
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical solutions into business benefits;
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities;
- Highly organized, proactive, and goal-oriented;
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
