Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day social media engagement across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Conduct research to identify relevant profiles, audiences, and groups to support brand visibility and connection.
  • Support outreach efforts by identifying new contacts and networking opportunities for business development.
  • Track growth and engagement across platforms; assist in compiling basic performance insights.
  • Help discover and join relevant professional groups (LinkedIn, Slack, WhatsApp, etc.) for brand-specific communities.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and follow-up materials.
  • Organize and maintain brand asset folders, content calendars, and project documentation.
  • Optional: Contribute basic Canva or slide design support, depending on experience.

Qualifications:

  • Comfortable navigating Instagram, LinkedIn, and online communities.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive); familiarity with Canva or other design tools is a plus.
  • Interested in digital strategy, content, or creative marketing.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and willing to ask questions.
