Job Description
The Corporate Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, managing meetings, coordinating client presentations, and handling clerical tasks. Additionally, the Corporate Assistant will maintain communication within the team and with external partners. Some remote work is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Experience in personal assistance and executive administrative support;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Diary management and organizational skills;
- Proficiency in clerical tasks, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite;
- Proven experience in a similar role;
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively;
- Strong work ethic and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Great to Have
- Proficiency in foreign languages (Hebrew preferred);
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
