Role Overview

Plus972 is looking for an Assistant HR Manager to join our thriving global creative agency. Reporting to the HR Manager, while also working closely with the agency’s founder, this role plays a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle while nurturing a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture. You’ll act as a trusted partner to employees and managers, balancing operational HR responsibilities with proactive initiatives that elevate the employee experience across our global offices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters across multiple countries.
  • Partner with regional leadership to support workforce planning, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
  • Assist in the administration of the employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits enrollment, and leave management.
  • Assist in the coordination of global HR processes and ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with finance and payroll teams to ensure accurate HR data and timely processing of compensation changes.
  • Lead or contribute to people-related projects such as employee engagement surveys, well-being initiatives, and policy updates.
  • Maintain and improve HR systems, ensuring accurate recordkeeping and data integrity.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced, international, or creative environment.
  • Solid knowledge of HR practices and operations.
  • Experience supporting remote and hybrid teams across different time zones.
  • Experience in working with international employees and contractors as well as utilizing Employer of Record services such as Deel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and cultural sensitivity.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
